TriloDocs Ltd. was founded in 2023, leveraging years of knowledge from expert medical writers, combined with the latest AI technology. Building on Dr. Barry Drees’ 40 years of medical writing expertise as former EMWA President and Editor-in-Chief of the EMWA journal, he guided the creation of a rule-based AI system that applies expert medical writing knowledge to ensure unmatched data accuracy.
In April 2025, TriloDocs reached a significant milestone when we were acquired by Genactis, a global leader in healthcare research and technology. This strategic partnership positioned TriloDocs to scale innovation and transform how medical writing teams draft and deliver clinical documentation.
Following the acquisition, Elgin Loane, an accomplished business owner with a successful portfolio of ventures, joined TriloDocs as Managing Director. With his proven ability to build and scale businesses across multiple sectors, Elgin brings strategic leadership and operational expertise to guide TriloDocs' growth while preserving our commitment to medical writing excellence.

Why We Created TriloDocs
We recognised that it typically takes weeks for medical writing teams to manually process source data and create regulatory documents - time that could be spent on clinical interpretation and crafting meaningful messages from these data.
This was compounded by the need for a solution that could guarantee complete accuracy in data integration, also presenting statistically powered analysis of study results and ensuring consistency in quality across all regulatory documents.
